How echirie.com works

Homes first: find a place, sign a lease, or let eChirie run the listing for you. Other rental categories are not on the public site yet.

For renters

  1. Browse published homes

Filter by city, zone, rooms, furnished, and monthly cost. Each ad shows energy class (CPE) when the owner has published a home.

  2. Ask, view, then apply

Ask about a home with your name and email — no account required. Sign in to reveal the phone or WhatsApp, save favorites, or submit an application. Renters do not file ANAF C168 — that is the owner’s lease checklist.

For owners who self-manage

Register as an owner, add the property and unit, then publish a home listing (CPE class A–G is required to go live). Review applications, open a contract, complete the 30-day C168 checklist, take the deposit, and record the move-in handover in the company app.

Let eChirie manage it

Full management is 8% of collected rent. Listing-only and contract-only are fixed fees. Signed-in owners can read the catalog in the app. Public operator intake is not open yet.
