Terms of use

The service

echirie.com provides tools to publish rental listings, manage properties, contracts, and payments, and connect owners with tenants. We are a technology platform; we are not a party to rental agreements unless explicitly stated in a separate management agreement.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for content you publish (listings, documents, messages) and for complying with local rental and consumer rules.

Listings & transactions

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of listings and availability. Tenants should verify properties independently. Contracts and payments recorded in the app reflect what users enter; they do not replace signed legal instruments where those are required.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no fraud, spam, scraping at scale, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that harm users or the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between owners and tenants, offline viewings, or losses from reliance on user-generated content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under Romanian or EU law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions: office@echirie.com.
